Family with two children (7 and 2 y.o) living in Port Gentil (Gabon - French-speaking Africa) is looking for their Governess (M/F) responsible for supporting the children in their intellectual development and providing educational support.

Permanent contract - full time
Position to be filled ASAP
Live-in position

Responsibilities

Educational support (hygiene, politeness, etc.).
Assistance in learning daily gestures (good manners, toilets, meals, dressing, etc.).
Help with autonomy to make the child responsible.
Organisation of fun and educational activities adapted to the age of the children (games, readings, cultural visits, discoveries, outings, etc.).
Intellectual stimulation (awakening and curiosity).
Homework help and support.
Organisation of birthdays (game preparation, fun workshops, etc.).
Liaising with parents.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of minimum experience in a similar role abroad.
Early Childhood diploma appreciated.
Patient and caring person.
Be a force of proposal in educational support.
Knowledge of Africa a plus.
Ability to adapt to working abroad.
Discretion assured to the employer.
Ability to work in a small team.
Speak French with good English level.
