Job description

We are looking for a nurturing and experienced Nanny/Governess to join our client in Dubai, UAE The Nanny/Governess main responsibility will be to provide attentive care and educational support to a 5-year-old child The ideal candidate will pick up the child from school, teaching language, basic math, writing, and reading, and accompanying the child on walks and other activities. This is a full time – permanent position, start in June 2024

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and loving care to the 5-year-old boy, ensuring his safety and wellbeing at all times. Assist with schoolwork and homework assignments, providing educational support and guidance as needed. Implement kind and effective discipline strategies to encourage positive behavior and development. Accompany the child to piano classes twice a week and swimming classes once a week. Engage the child in stimulating and age-appropriate activities to promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Maintain open and clear communication with the parents regarding the child's progress and needs.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Nanny/Governess, preferably with school-aged children. Fluent in English and French speaker. Knowledge of child development principles and educational methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work conditions

Nanny/Governess F/M Dubai, UAE. Position to be filled in June 2024 Full time – Permanent contract 5 days a week – 2 days off Accompany the family during the travel every summer in Europe Live in – Accommodation is provided Sponsorship will be provided: VISA, Medical Insurance, Flight ticket
