Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nanny to join a private family in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the all-around care and development of children in our home. This is a full-time position with a focus on providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.

Responsibilities

Childcare: Supervise and care for children in the employer’s residence. Educational Activities: Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities. Daily Routine Management: Oversee daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime. Safety and Well-being: Ensure a safe environment and attend to the children’s health and hygiene. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children. Light Housekeeping: Undertake light housekeeping duties related to childcare, including laundry, and tidying up play areas.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nanny or similar role. Education: High school diploma required; additional qualifications in childcare or early childhood education preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills. Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Work conditions

Schedule: Full-time, 40-50 hours per week. Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends required. Contract Type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. Location: Private residence in Dubai. Live-out arrangement. Travel: Occasional travel with the family may be required.
