Job description

We are looking for a Maternity Nurse for our client residing in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, to care for a newborn on a rotational basis with a partner.

Proven experience with VIP families is required. This is a 4-month fixed-term position with accommodation, available from September until the end of December, with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

Full-day care of the baby (feeding, changing, nurturing, stimulation, napping...)
Advising parents and participating in the organization of the child's play, care, and sleep areas
Preparing the baby for bath time and dressing
Guiding parents on appropriate caregiving practices
Establishing and regulating the baby's sleep routine
Maintaining impeccable hygiene in the living environment
Monitoring the baby's introduction to solid foods
Assisting with baby feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding)
Ensuring the smooth progression of postnatal medical examinations
Attending appointments with the pediatrician
Daily interaction with the mother
Supporting the child's development in a nurturing environment
Ensuring the child's safety at all times
Ensuring seamless information transfer with the partner

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a nurse for VIP families
Required professional degree
Kind, patient, and gentle personality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on a rotational schedule
Proficiency in English is a plus
French Speaking
