Job description

A family is looking for a Nanny/Housekeeper in Boulogne-Billancourt for a full-time position to take care of a dynamic and loving 3-year-old boy, as well as maintain the house by assisting with daily household tasks.

The ideal candidate should be gentle, energetic, independent, and trustworthy. They will support the family by providing reliable logistical assistance on a daily basis and in the long term. Additionally, the candidate will be required to travel with the family during school holidays.

The position is located in Boulogne-Billancourt, in the Ile-de-France region. It is a full-time permanent position starting in September 2023.

Responsibilities

Take care of the child on a daily basis in a nurturing family environment
Pick up the child from school
Handle the evening routine (snack, activities, bath, dinner preparation)
Take care of the child all day on Wednesdays and during school holidays
Organize fun and educational activities for the child
Offer indoor (reading, games, etc.) and outdoor activities (walks, visits, etc.)
Perform property maintenance while the child is at school
Carry out all housekeeping tasks to keep the house clean and tidy
Manage the family's and household's laundry (washing, ironing, precise and organized storage)
Prepare dinners for the family (healthy, family-oriented, balanced meals using seasonal ingredients)
Handle grocery shopping and emergency shopping

Requirements

Person (male/female) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
Passionate about early childhood education and genuinely loves children
Warm, gentle, and empathetic
Energetic and proactive
Reliable, responsible, and completely trustworthy, with a strong focus on child safety
Organized, versatile, and independent
Flexible and mobile
Discreet towards the employer
Knowledge of high-end environments is appreciated

Work conditions

Job Title: Nanny/Housekeeper
Position to be filled: September 2023
Workplace: Boulogne-Billancourt
Employment Contract: Full-time permanent (35 hours)
Working hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 2 pm - 8 pm
Wednesday: 9 am - 8 pm
Flexibility for evenings and weekends
(Full-time during school holidays and in case of a sick child)
