Job description

A VIP family based in Dubai, UAE is looking for a young, experienced, energetic and enthusiastic Live-in Governess to assist them with the mentoring and education of their 3 older children (13/12 and 10 years old) The candidate must be fluent in English, the family does prefer if English is their first language and possibly someone who is already residing in the UAE. This is a fully stuffed large and busy household, and your role will be to care exclusively for the 3 older children and as a governess you will be responsible for supporting them with education at school providing additional classes and fun interactive projects to instil a love of learning. Travelling with the family will be required but not on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

School pick-up and drop-off Taking children to after-school activities Arranging educational activities for the children (cooking, reading, bike-riding, assisting with homework) Travel with the family when needed Helping the mother with learning English

Requirements

The ideal candidate would be degree qualified and have experience of teaching/tutoring. Have strong organisational skills and implement a good routine incorporating a variety of activities and play time, as well as being a positive role model for the children, have fun and be a friend. A positive attitude and willingness to help is also preferred.

Work conditions

Schedule: The role would be 6 days per week with flexibility Long term and full time Accommodation provided
