Morgan & Mallet Nannies recruit professionals with the minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry of childcare in private families.

The candidate’s CV attached to the application form will give an indication of the background and experience of the candidate. It is essential to make a good first impression and submit a detailed CV with the precise description of the posts occupied, and the duties and responsibilities you have had, which will in turn increase your chances to be invited for an interview.  

Once the application form is submitted, our consultants will peruse the candidate’s profile and contact him / her within 48 hours.

Successful applicants will be invited for an interview in our offices, where we will discuss their career goals and determine the positions and available vacancies which will be most suited to them.

If the interview goes well, we ask the candidates to provide the following documents in order to proceed with their applications and validate their profiles:

• Recent photo (no later than 3 months) 
• Copy of the ID card or passport 
• Copy of a driving license category B (if applicable)
• Copies of certificates and / or diplomas in childcare / early childhood 
• First Aid certificate  
• Work certificates from 3 previous positions with families 
• Reference letters with contact details from 3 previous positions with private families
• Criminal records certificate (DBS) from the country of residence, no later than 3 months old 

If references from former employers are positive and they recommend the candidate as a good employee during our conversation with them, the candidate’s profile will be registered with Morgan & Mallet Nannies.

Morgan & Mallet Nannies consultants will contact you as soon as a position becomes available which corresponds to your skills and competences, depending on the requirements of the family. We offer permanent and temporary positions, both on a full-time and part-time basis.
